Cassie was a wonderful wee girl, she was loyal and the unconditional love i got from her was unreal. I sadly lost her on May 2005 after having nearly 12 wonderful years with her, she was my baby before my 2 children came along, she had a healthy litter of 5 puppies in 1995 (4 dogs & 1 bitch), i decided to keep Sam from that litter and he has got to the grand old age of nearly 13 years old and still going strong. She was a character with some funny wee habits. One of them was when i was in the bath she would jump in beside me and loads more it would take me all day to tell you them. When she passed i think she took a part of me away with her, and they say time is a great healer but it just hasn't seemed that way. I don't think i will ever get over losing her as she was my best friend and we had been through alot of rough times together, every christmas i get a bit low as that was her birthday. After her passing i said i could never get another dog and here i am with 4 rough collies, which i adore. Its quite funny as having them has helped me get on in life alot quicker instead of mopping around, especially Wica as i have the same sort of bond that i had with Cassie.
